Acer hits back by showing off their newest Android smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2011. Called the Iconia Smart, this candybar phone sports a 4.8-inch 1024 x 480 touchscreen display, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, an 8.0-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, a 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera, a 512MB RAM, an 8GB of storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), an accelerometer sensor, 720p HD video recording support, WiFi, Bluetooth, an HDMI port and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. The Acer Iconia Smart will ship in the UK on May 1st, 2011 for unannounced price yet.
